Product detailed description
Aluminum carabiner with Twist Lock and spur which helps increase friction and improve control when abseiling (e.g. when rescuing a second person). The PETZL FREINO carabiner guarantees easy installation of the rope behind the spur without the need to open the carabiner. The Twist-Lock's automatic fuse does not unlock with a simple rotation. The Keylock helps prevent the carabiner from getting caught while maneuvering. This type of carabiner is intended especially for abseil brakes such as PETZL STOP a PETZL SIMPLE.
