Product detailed description
The CONNECT ADJUST adjustable lanyard is designed for climbers and mountaineers for positioning at anchor points. The adjustable arm allows users to set the length that best suits rope handling and equipment management at belay stations. It attaches to the harness via a thin sewn sling at the end of the rope. The ergonomic ADJUST rope adjuster enables quick and easy one-handed length adjustment.
Simple adjustable positioning lanyard for climbing and mountaineering:
- Adjustable lanyard length ranges from 15 to 95 cm
- The 9.0 mm dynamic rope helps reduce impact force transmitted to the user in the event of a short fall (1).
- A high-modulus polyethylene (HMPE) sling (Petzl patent) sewn to the end allows girth hitch attachment to the harness belay loop; it takes up less space and remains clearly visible during rope and gear handling at anchors.
Ease of use:
- Smooth and precise length adjustment using the ergonomic ADJUST device.
- The TANGA rubber ring keeps the carabiner correctly positioned in the ADJUST system for easier clipping and unclipping.
- Use with an Sm’D TWIST-LOCK locking carabiner (not included).
- ADJUST includes an opening for attaching a cord to help release the device under load.
