Product detailed description
An ultra-lightweight and compact ice axe that you can always carry with you on ski touring trips, during freeride, or when crossing glaciers, without being bothered by its weight.
Highly technical:
- The forged steel head provides the same quality as traditional ice axes
- The pick thickness tapers down to 3 mm for easier penetration into ice
- Shaped shaft with grip grooves ensures excellent handling
- Very low weight: 240 g
Compact:
- Only 45 cm long with a sealed shaft end featuring a hole for clipping a carabiner for belaying from an anchor
- Reduces the risk of injury when attached to a backpack
- Can be stored inside the backpack for added safety without damaging it
The ice axe is compatible with PICK and SPIKE protectors and the LINKIN leash.
