Product detailed description
AVAO BOD FAST is a full-body work harness designed for fall arrest, work positioning, and suspension work. The wide semi-rigid waist belt and leg loops provide excellent support. Its lightweight and breathable construction maximizes airflow. The shoulder straps feature holders for storing connectors of a lanyard with a fall arrester so they remain within reach. DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles on the rear connection straps between the belt and leg loops allow shortening of the leg loops when using the rear attachment point. The harness is equipped with multiple attachment points for storing equipment and tools, gear loops, slots for CARITOOL carriers, and loops for TOOLBAG pouches. The rear attachment point features an integrated fall indicator and connects via a TRIACT-LOCK automatic locking carabiner. Certified according to North American and European standards. AVAO BOD FAST leg loops feature FAST automatic buckles.
Comfortable all day:
Wide semi-rigid waist belt and leg loops provide excellent support. Lightweight, breathable construction maximizes airflow. Padded shoulder straps are widely cut to reduce neck chafing. Load from equipment is distributed into the shoulder straps.
Easy adjustment:
- Waist belt and shoulder straps with DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles for quick and easy adjustment
- Leg loops with FAST LT automatic buckles for quick and easy opening and closing without readjustment, even when wearing gloves
- MGO connector holders on each shoulder strap allow storing lanyard connectors so the loops do not interfere with work and remain accessible
- In case of a fall, the system releases the MGO connectors and activates the fall arrester
- Side attachment points can be folded to prevent accidental snagging when not in use
- DOUBLEBACK buckles on rear connection straps allow shortening of belt and leg loop distance when using the rear attachment point. In case of a fall, this adjustment provides better load distribution to the leg loops, allowing the user to remain comfortably suspended while waiting for rescue

Attachment points:
- Front attachment point: connection of rappel device or lanyard for work positioning in single mode
- Side attachment points: connection of lanyards for work positioning in double mode
- Chest attachment point: connection of fall arrest system
- Rear attachment point: connection of fall arrest system
- Rear attachment point on waist: connection of restraint system
- International version includes fall indicator: a red strip appears on the rear attachment point after a fall, indicating the harness should be retired
