Product detailed description
AVAO BOD FAST is a full-body work harness designed for fall arrest, work positioning, and suspended work. The wide, semi-rigid waist belt and leg loops provide excellent support. Its lightweight and breathable design maximizes airflow. The shoulder straps feature holders for storing connectors of a fall arrest lanyard, keeping them within reach. DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles on the connecting straps at the back of the harness between the waist and leg loops allow shortening the distance of the leg loops when using the dorsal attachment point. The harness is equipped with multiple attachment points for organizing equipment and tools, material loops, slots for CARITOOL carriers, and TOOLBAG sleeves. The harness features an integrated fall indicator in the dorsal attachment point and closes with a TRIACT-LOCK auto-locking carabiner. It is certified according to North American and European standards. AVAO BOD FAST has leg loops equipped with FAST automatic buckles.
Comfortable all-day wear:
Wide, semi-rigid waist belt and leg loops provide excellent support. Its lightweight and breathable design maximizes airflow. Padded shoulder straps are wide-cut to reduce neck chafing. When the belt is loaded with gear, the weight is distributed across the shoulder straps.
Easy adjustment:
- Waist belt and shoulder straps with DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles for quick and easy adjustment
- Leg loops equipped with FAST LT automatic buckles for quick and easy opening and closing without needing to readjust, even with gloves
- MGO lanyard connector holders on each shoulder strap allow storing connectors so that the lanyard loops do not interfere with work and remain within reach
- In case of a fall, the system releases the MGO connectors, activating the fall arrester
- Side attachment points can be folded to prevent accidental snagging when not in use
- DOUBLEBACK self-locking buckles on rear straps allow shortening the distance of waist and leg loops when using the dorsal attachment point. In case of a fall, this ensures better load distribution to the leg loops, allowing the user to hang more comfortably while waiting for rescue

Attachment points:
- Front attachment point: connection of a descent device or a connector for work positioning in single mode
- Side attachment points: connection of connectors for work positioning in double mode
- Chest attachment point: connection of fall arrest system
- Dorsal attachment point: connection of fall arrest system
- Dorsal waist attachment point: connection of restraint system
- International version has a fall indicator: after a fall, a red strap appears at the dorsal attachment point indicating that the harness should be retired
