Patented solution combining a chest ascender and a triple-lock carabiner into one compact unit. This assembly provides greater comfort during ascent and ensures better rope handling. Ideal for safe and comfortable rope climbing.
- ensures a more stable position of the ascender on the harness so it does not interfere with movement
- placing the ascender close to the attachment point allows faster rope ascent
- elimination of sharp edges prevents damage to webbing
- allows easy separation of chest and sit parts of the harness
- simple installation and removal using a 3 mm Allen key
- during installation the ascender is slid onto the carabiner and secured with a locking screw
- the locking screw is protected against loosening and hidden under the ascender safety catch
- after removing the ascender the carabiner can be used as an EN 362 connector
- the ascender can be replaced on the carabiner with a plastic cover included in the set
- both the ascender and the cover keep the chest harness strap correctly positioned
- the toothed cam of the ascender is made of stainless steel with high corrosion resistance
- unique production number for easier tracking and periodic inspection
- For use with ropes Ø 8–13 mm:
- according to EN 12841 ......... with static rope Ø 10–13 mm max. load 140 kg
- according to EN 567 ............. with rope Ø 8–13 mm
