The basis of this set is the trigger drum RCW-3001, which is based on RC-3001, and the RCWINCH winch, which can be easily integrated into the system already during startup process. Not all launching jobs require the use of a load-rolling device, therefore a friction roller can be used with this device independently of the winch, which can be easily deployed in a few seconds and without the use of tools.
Unlike other friction roller winches, the RCWINCH does not support the load during the launching process. The load is applied directly to the friction roller, while the winch is connected independently through the friction roller and the winch rope, so that the load is fully supported by the friction roller and not the winch. Once the load is moved to the desired position, its entire weight is easily transferred to the main line by reversing the winch. At this point, the load can be safely and independently lowered without breaking the winch line.
Despite the greater weight (13kg without winch and strap), the entire device can be easily installed by one person using the upper connection point.
The drum has a large diameter, so it easily adapts to ropes with a diameter of up to 19 mm. The working load limit is 3000kg. The drum guides the rope in two ways at an angle of 45°, which makes work easier.
The ratchet strap made of waterproof fabric is specially designed so that the device can be easily attached to the tree. It can be supported by an anchor loop to an anchor point. The ratchet is supplied with rubber inserts for possible protection of the tree.
