The Notch Aeris Friction Kit is an accessory designed for Rope Runner Vertec owners who want more speed and fluidity from their device. The lower bollard is swapped for a compact free-running pulley, reducing friction throughout the system. The result is faster controlled descents and smoother slack tending during limb walks and technical canopy moves.
Installation takes under a minute with a 5mm allen key — no need to disassemble the device. Once the Aeris Kit is fitted, the Rope Runner Vertec retains its CE certification. The kit is designed for experienced climbers who prioritise speed and movement efficiency at work.
