The lightweight modern ROCK EMPIRE SIGA via ferrata set is equipped with large yet very lightweight palm carabiners, which are easy to handle and allow attachment to ropes and anchor points of larger diameters. Handling these state-of-the-art ferrata carabiners is very intuitive, thanks to their ergonomic shaping, refined construction, and optimal approach angle, ensuring comfortable and safe manipulation. The smooth action of the internal mechanism and natural control of these new carabiners significantly enhance user comfort and safety even during demanding mountain ascents.
Ultra-compact energy absorber of the SIGA model meets the highest safety standards in the mountains. The absorber pack is very small, rounded in shape, and does not interfere during handling, minimizing the risk of snagging on edges or projections on the rock.
SIGA also features an integrated steel swivel, which minimizes the risk of twisting or knotting of the set's arms when clipping or unclipping from the rope. The swivel includes a steel eye for attaching a carabiner in case of resting or hanging from an anchor point.
